We are a dedicated team based in Riga, Latvia, operating from a purpose-built fish treat facility. Every product that carries your brand is made by people who understand what is at stake: your reputation on the shelf.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our MOQ is 10 kg – low enough to test a new SKU without committing a serious budget. From there, most partners move to pilot batches of 100–500 kg, then  to recurring monthly production. There are no annual volume commitments.

How quickly can I receive samples?

Samples ship within 1–2 business days after your request. No NDA required, no minimum commitment. We send the same product your customers will get – no special batches, no showcase quality.

Will my recipe be exclusive to my brand?

Yes. Custom OEM/ODM recipes are developed exclusively for your brand and remain exclusive for the duration of the contract. If you choose from our existing product range for private label, the same product may be available to other partners – but your branding, packaging, and format are always unique to you.

What is your production capacity?

Our dedicated fish treat facility produces up to 12 tonnes per month. This is specialised fish treat capacity – not a shared line within a larger operation. If your projected volumes require a conversation about allocation, we are happy to plan ahead.

What certifications do you hold?

We operate under HACCP protocols, comply with EU Pet Food Regulations, and hold EU veterinary establishment number A 099729. All raw materials are sourced from MSC-certified suppliers with full traceability documentation available on request.

How does shipping work within the EU?

Claw is based in Latvia – inside the EU single market. Shipments to any EU27 country require zero customs declarations, no Export Health Certificates, and no border inspections. Typical delivery time is 2–4 business days. Export documentation for non-EU destinations is also available.

What packaging options do you offer?

We offer bulk supply, doy-packs, zip-bags, and kraft packaging – with full custom branding via direct print or label application. We also provide shelf-ready boxes of 6–12 packs for direct-to-retail supply. If you have a specific format in mind, we are open to discussing it.

What are your payment terms?

First orders are typically 100% prepayment. For ongoing partnerships, we offer flexible terms: 50/50 split or deferred payment of 14–45 days from invoice date. Specific terms are agreed individually based on order volume and relationship history.
